COLLETTE ELOSHA

COLLETTE ELOSHA

Spiritual Entrepreneurs are overcoming the challenges passed down through systematic structures, and they are raising their voices to shed light on the reality behind the stigmas that revolve around plant medicine, esoteric wisdom, energy healing, holistic practices, you name it. Thankfully, Creative Soul Collette Elosha is transforming the narrative of outdated customs, beliefs, and traditions that don’t necessarily fit everyone’s heart’s desires, helping us to appreciate what is natural for humans: our innate ability to have a profound relationship with nature and with ourselves and experience true healing.

Collette is a writer, spokesperson, plant medicine healer, and founder of Balancing Cannabis and Love Culture. She’s also an amateur acrobat who plays in partner acrobatics and acro-yoga. Collette is obsessed with studying the nervous system, and how integrating plant medicine can reveal our spiritual selves at a deeper level. She considers herself a tour guide, not a teacher, feeling like she’s holding a lantern, making sure she keeps the light on to clear the way. Yet, she is the light herself igniting it with her eternal golden flame.

Balancing Cannabis is Collette’s precious love-child, born in 2019. Offering services such as Cannabis Meditation, Cannabis Ceremony, Breathwork, and Womb Healing. Collette welcomes emotional responses through her ceremonies that resonate with her client’s process and ability to heal. She offers Cannabis Meditation every Monday, virtually and by donation, where she educates about the pros and cons of cannabis, elevating the meaning of simply “smoking for the fun of it” into a journey of self-discovery and liberation, helping to understand it to its fullest. Her soothing voice immerses us in an imaginary realm of limitless possibilities, creating an intimate experience with the cannabis plant, becoming interconnected with our true intentions, and awakening the divine force that we carry within.

Love Culture is a virtual studio that offers alternative modalities of wellness and healing. People are sure to enjoy a safe space to explore their consciousness and expand their souls. Dude Yoga, Body Conscious Meditation, and Cannabis Sound Baths are some of the wonderful offerings that we can find in the Love Culture community. All of the facilitators on Love Culture have practiced and trained extensively in Collette’s training/classes, and they are equally committed to creating safe containers for all humans to explore these modalities.

Flourishing into the grand and ravishing oak tree that she is today hasn’t been easy. It’s been a rigorous process of painful endings, replanting her faith outside of God-fearing doctrines, and going out into the world to pursue knowledge that could help her understand her mystical experiences. This led her to dive into yoga and meditation practices, studying and reading many books about energy and spirituality, going on a pilgrimage journey, and “coming up against a hunger to heal” herself. In pursuit of healing herself of chronic depression and PTSD, she worked with plant medicines, such as mushrooms and cannabis, to support her efforts for healing and leading a lifestyle that better suited her.

Through many moon phases of natural evolution, Collette not only found herself, but she connected to her tribe and the realization that God is not found but actualized. She broke out of her chrysalis and is now spreading her wings to support people where they are in their path, guiding them to feel less guilty and more optimistic.

Alongside the many wonderful endeavors that Collette is achieving, she’s currently serving as an educator and advocate for the responsible and ethical use of medical cannabis for firefighters and first responders. Working diligently with her father, a Fire Chief, she was invited as the keynote speaker at the Texas Fire Chiefs Association Annual Conference in December of 2022. She intends to keep stepping into opportunities to educate and inform as many that will listen about the necessity of supporting the mental health of our firefighters.

Our world is a better place because of soulpreneurs like Collette Elosha, using her euphonious voice and grand wisdom to create union instead of division, uplifting our souls, and reminding us that we are more than just our problems and fears. Collette is here to open the eyes of our souls to live an authentic life, with its ups and downs, being honest, grounded, and above all, feeling at home within our own skin, one breath at a time.

DREAMAGINE

DREAMAGINE

There is not one bud that will not blossom into a flower at its right time and place. Rob Burkhard emerged as a musician after his 40s, and it is evident that he was born to create music. Currently residing in the Netherlands with his loving family, he was born in Brazil to Russian and Swiss parents. He’s also a capoeira practitioner, helping him stay connected to his natal roots.

Fluent in English, Dutch, German, and Portuguese, Rob has a background in journalism and marketing. He is a writer, and a singer-songwriter under the stage name Dreamagine. When he is not creating music, he’s interviewing people to write stories about their most important moments in life. Whether it’s about loss or happy moments, Rob delivers the story in a decorated box or a piece of artwork to remind them, every day, of the beautiful memories they shared.

Rob’s musical muse awoke while experiencing the loss of his mother, recording his first song on a loop station. The song, What Do You Do When Life Is Gone, was played at her funeral. The youngest of three, Rob had to also endure the passing of his siblings, stirring him to write and create more music, sometimes expressing his grief and reconnecting with other worlds through his songs.

In 2022, Rob released six singles, including Is It Real? (Senses), featuring singer-songwriter Kuu Sound. His songs are like teardrops softly falling on a rose, rejuvenating her petals with melancholic melodies. He can be compared to The Beatles and Jack Johnson, to mention a couple.

A couple of weeks after ChatGPT emerged, he tested the Artificial Intelligence (AI) app, asking it to write the words for a song about how AI is disrupting our lives. After a few disappointing results, it suddenly came up with the rather intriguing lyrics for the song that is titled, Is it me or AI, for Heaven’s Sake?

Sometimes, it may take us a while to sprout, and giving up can be the easiest choice to make, but Rob Burkhard is a great example that we can realize our dreams at any given point in our lives. Despite adversities, we just need to fill our hearts with courage and add beauty to our world through our art.

“Try to be an inspiration, not only for others, but also for yourself.” – Rob Burkhard

RON MUSIC

RON MUSIC

Music vibrates beyond time and space, flowing through our bodies, raising our vibrations, and many times, helping us change the outlook of our lives. Creative Soul, Ronald Irizarry, is here to remind us that we are made of the tunes that create the sound of the Universe, we just need to remember and become it.

Ron is a Singer-songwriter, Music Producer, Writer, and Guitarist, born of Filipino and Puerto Rican parents. He was brought up in a house of musicians; his mom, a singer from the Philippines who used to tour with her band and was hired by the U.S. military to entertain the troops during the Vietnam War. There, she met his father, a soldier and also a musician. These two soulmates toured together around different places, inspiring Ron to jump into the arms of music and follow the tune of his soul.

In elementary school, Ron played the violin as a way to express himself through music, and eventually gravitated towards the guitar. He knew then, that he had found his purpose in life and got himself educated to pursue his music career.

Ron has toured with different artists, including NSYNC, and some of his songs have been placed in several projects, including the motion picture, Henry Poole is Here. He has been contracted to perform covers at Universal Studios, Sea World, and Disney Springs, in Orlando, Florida, where he currently resides.

In 2022, Ron founded, RonMusic, a YouTube channel to assist beginner and up-and-coming musicians in their journey, providing resources to help them grow and expand their careers. The content he shares is simple and clear, guiding musicians in areas such as performance tips – getting them prepared for what they need to pay attention to when performing in public.

Ron is using his 30-plus years of experience in the field of music, to help artists connect with their hearts through their performances. He also shares his personal experiences in deeper areas, such as having panic attacks, and how using our breath as a tool can help us feel grounded and merge with the melodies of our Creative Souls, regaining faith in ourselves.

Ron explains that “it is a tough world out there and many people don’t appreciate or respect musicians. Not everyone sees your worth.  Through his YouTube channel and social media, Ron is enlightening musicians, and all artists, to avoid being involved with those who are undermining them and their work.

Ron is inspiring us to strengthen our confidence, to take deep breaths and feel our roots, and to remember that we are all one symphony with different rhythms, beating to our unique tempos, but in the end, we are all made of music.

LUKE LEVI

LUKE LEVI

The art of poetry is the rhythm of words dancing to the emotions etched in the depths of the writer’s soul. Whatever the muse is, a poet can elevate their meaning with verses that express joy, sorrow, rage, courage, and so many other emotions. Creative Soul, Luke Levi, reveals his deep connection with the fauna and the flora around him, inspiring him to write some of the most incomparable poems anyone can read.

Luke Levi is a writer, poet, photographer, and author, based in Austin, Texas. He became interested in poetry during high school and gravitated toward novels and short fantasy stories. He became a full-time writer and has been published in several magazines.

He can be considered one of the top writers and storytellers in the field of haiku poetry, as well as a top-notch writer and storyteller. He’s one of those writers who makes you fall in love with poetry, imbuing our souls with his tender imagination. Luke’s latest book, “So Fragile Are The Beautiful Things” is a compilation of his poetry, including some haiku, available in print and as an e-book.

Luke’s creative soul flows to the beat of Mother Nature. He writes about his experiences while being held in the arms of the wind or witnessing a vulture’s mighty flight. His poetry describes the delicacy of a flower, the grandiosity of a tree, and the curiosity of a bird – he has a way of encapsulating those special moments, lost in nature, and making us feel as if we’re there, hearing the buzz of a bee or feeling the sun setting in our hearts.

Universal and spiritual concepts are a big part of Luke’s poetry, integrating ideas of life and death, sadness and hope. Luke explains that “people are part of nature,” and his graceful poetry helps us experience the essence of Gaia, with its moments of beauty, pain, transformation, and re-birth.

Luke combines his passion for photography and poetry to share eye-catching posts on his social media platforms. He is a kind and humble soul, and reading his work fills the spirit with instant wonder.

“Be who you are. Learn who you are,” this is Luke’s message to the world. It is a reminder that we should give ourselves the chance to get to know all parts of ourselves, understand what we want in this life, and work diligently to achieve our goals. Remembering that we are part of something magnificent – we are nature and nature is us.

SUNNY STRANGE

SUNNY STRANGE

There is a new generation of Creative Souls that is longing for oneness, making us aware that we don’t need to be categorized, divided, or pin-pointed down. And every so often an artist comes along to be the face and the voice of that union. Sunny Strange is here to show us through her captivating art forms how we can be one community with one heartbeat, not worrying about our identity but embracing our authenticity.

Sunny Strange is a photographer, model, and writer – a multifaceted Creative Soul from South Florida. Sunny is a nonbinary Creative Soul, who identifies with all genders. For purposes of this article, I will refer to Sunny Strange as she/her, though they/she/he is here to represent everyone.

Sunny was a poet before she even began to write, reciting poems to her mom, who would help her write down her precious lines and stories. She attended Alexander W. Dreyfoos School of the Arts in West Palm Beach, Florida, focusing her creative path on writing and communication arts. Being in a creative environment helped her hone her skills and expand as an artist, presenting great opportunities for growth.

Being a Creative Soul has encouraged me to open up to every art form, and not limit myself to any specific medium or concept. I try to have a growth mindset and expand my talents across a full spectrum of ideas and emotions and turn it into art. I think anything and everything can be art in some way.”

Photography has been one of Sunny’s favorite creative outlets, specializing in portraits. She enjoys captivating people in their humanity – showing in raw form the emotional state they are invoking and capturing the unique personal essence of the subject. Going hand in hand with her modeling career, she unfolded her creative talents simultaneously. Modeling feels natural for her, channeling a vibe, alchemizing the emotions she brings to life through her beauty, getting lost in her aquamarine eyes and mesmerizing essence.

Her current project, Laundry Day, is her debut as a director. It is a film she wrote in collaboration with Corey Wayne (Producer, Writer, Director) and Joshua Lee Bashknight (Producer, Editor) about the world of socks on laundry day and their perception of their world as a way to compare our global circumstances. She has shared many other creative projects on her charming Instagram profile, and we can stay up to date by following her @sunny.strange.

Sunny also had the privilege of collaborating with Anouk Wipprecht, a fashion tech designer from The Netherlands now based out of Miami. Sunny modeled two of Anuok’s cutting-edge fashion dresses, the “EEG incorporated Pangolin Dress,” featured on the League of Extraordinary Makers for Channel News Asia, and the “Drink Bot Dress,”  featured at the Science Center’s 60th Anniversary Makers Gala.  Working with Anouk really showed Sunny that there is a whole world of modeling and fashion that isn’t just the typical beauty standard– there is a place in fashion for people who are innovating and breaking the mold, doing stuff that’s high concept, highly creative, and even a little weird.

I am All and I am One.

To Sunny, we are more than just the physical body. We are energy, we are spirit, we are vibrations. We are the divine feminine and the divine masculine all at the same time in one body.

We are expected to fit a particular role in society but this can set us up for failure and it blurs the identity of our souls with what is acceptable vs. what is not, and if it is not true to who we really are.” Sunny explains. “We can lose ourselves in the expectations of society and feel burdened by other people’s thoughts.

Sunny believes that as conditioned as we are to follow titles and rules, we can also break those rules and change those titles to create more union and harmony amongst us. “We can either be followers of rules that are designed to constrain, fill hearts with guilt and shame, torture the mind and soul, or we can simply break free from it all.” She draws inspiration from the Drag community because they represent the open expression of who we truly are without the need to fit into a particular role.

“But art is a way to break free from the guilt, shame, and constraints that we are expected to follow. Art is a way to blur the lines of what is or isn’t accepted. Art is creation and art can create change.

Part of the reason why life can get so complex is that we can find it hard to understand each other. Not that we shouldn’t have boundaries with certain people, but to have the capacity to accept everyone for who they are. Except for the evil few, there’s a deep meaning in accepting each other, no matter what our personal preferences are, at any level.

Try opening up and expressing yourself in a unique way. Be authentic and a beacon of light and share it with others. Be yourself, don’t be afraid to do so, and share your creativity with the world. Whatever it means for you, find out what it is and explore it and do it, embrace it.” This is Sunny’s heartfelt message to the world, and it motivates us to care less about titles and identities, and care more about appreciating who we are.

Even if we don’t all agree on someone’s personal preferences to be identified as this or that, we are all made of the same essence, Divine love. Sunny Strange is a fascinating artist, inspiring us to awaken our inner divinity and free ourselves from imposed rules that go against the calling of our Creative Souls: to be free, to simply be, let be, and create.

Even if it’s shitty art, who cares, create. Art is art, and it is the expression of our creative souls, and it cannot be judged as good or as bad because it is not supposed to be good or bad. It is just supposed to exist, to be created by us, to be shared.” — Sunny Strange

James and Kuu Sound joined forces to write a song for James’ latest book writing project “The Book of Unfinished Feelings”. “The Architect” is a harrowing journey into the darkest of emotions, counterbalanced with the beauty of lived experiences, nestling somewhere between chaos and serenity. The track is dark yet uplifting and hopeful. The core concept originally agreed upon by both Kuu Sound and James was that the track should meet people where they are. This composition is dedicated to all those precious souls who have felt to the depths of their being and returned to the surface with newfound understanding and compassion.*
